Sunday Seven.....Gravity Lessons
1. Seems like Mr. Wonderful and I have been carrying around a lot of emotional baggage lately. We did not realize how tired we both have become till this weekend. Sure hope we decided to put some of this luggage down soon!

2. Good News! I'm finally through with physical therapy! Bad News: It doesn't look like I will ever get full function back in my knee. Gravity definitely has a way of pulling you down!

3. Some times there just isn't any good way to deal with disappointments other than to just be disappointed. I'm thinking of putting flares around me to warn people off. I'm thinking a good night's sleep will help too.

4. Mr. Wonderful and I are sitting with our friend's mother with Alzheimer's disease Sunday and Monday. I agreed to do it, so now I need to shake off this fatigue and embrace the experience with grace and enthusiasm.

5. I need to find a better coping mechanism other than turning to the refrigerator. I have a weigh in on Monday that won't go well because of emotional eating.

6. It's not that I don't know what to do.....some times it's just getting the motivation to do what you know you need to do but don't want to. Do not think that love, in order to be genuine, has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired. (Mother Teresa)

7. Lessons learned from Gravity: What goes up must come down! Depending on the mass of the object, what comes down may not get up again. Gravity Hurts!
