Sunday Seven.....What happened and what's coming up!

1. It's been a Harry Potter Weekend for me. Mr. Wonderful took me to the Movie, out to lunch and finally bought me the last book of the series. I don't get out of the house much so it was a fun time for me. So if you don't hear from me for a while it's because I'm curled up on the front porch on the swing reading.

2. Monday morning at 10 a.m. we go to court over the accident. I was subpoenaed as the victim, and the driver of the car that struck me was given a ticket for reckless driving. If everything goes well I should have my medical expenses paid for by her insurance company. It will be nice to have that settled, so please pray that all goes well.

3. Monday afternoon I start physical therapy three times a week. I'm looking forward to getting more flexion and strength back in my left knee. Q: Do you know the difference between a terrorist and and physical therapist? A: You can negotiate with a terrorist!
4 We have another big group coming to work at the mission starting on Thursday. We will have a group of 18 staying for two days. This is another group from Savannah Christian Church. We are thrilled at the opportunity to work with them but it will be some long hard days and evening. Pray for safety as they travel and work here.

5. The dates have been set to travel to see Miss Emma and her parents. We are planning on leaving August 20th - 30th. Our incredible grand baby is now 6 months old, babbles incessantly, is trying very hard to crawl and will become a Red Cross "Starfish" swimmer. This Diva will be working hard to be able to keep up with my "creeper".

6. Without going into detail know that I am undergoing some personal decisions that will ultimately change my lifestyle and quality of life. I'm in the process of doing research now and could definitely use prayers for wisdom.

7. I'm looking forward to doing some serious writing during this rehab time. I've had an opportunity to read some old magazines and look into some areas that interest me. Hopefully you might have more interesting posts while I ponder.
That's life from the Daisy Patch this week. Life is as interesting as you make it! Looking forward to attending church in praise of the One who is the Alpha and the Omega. Cue the music, dim the lights and exit thankfully for another week.

The therapy won't be fun but it will be VERY helpful.
You will also be in my prayers as you struggle with this decision you are making. May God grant you wisdom and courage.
Have a wonderful Sunday my friend. My Sunday Seven is up too!
