Daisy's 13 Commandments for Weight Loss

- Thou shalt not skip breakfast.
- Thou shat eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- Thou shalt always eat a carbohydrate with a protein.
- Thou shalt double your fiber.
- Thou shalt not eat "red meat"
- Thou shalt believe your mother was right: Eat your fruits and veggies!
- Thou shalt eat fresh foods, not processed.
- Thou shalt drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
- Thou shalt consume a minimum of sugar, salt, caffeine and alcohol.
- Thou shalt exercise every morning.
- Thou shalt remember that" food is fuel"and not a substitue for love.
- Thou shalt be aware of everything that goes in your mouth.
- Thou shalt monitor thy progress and applaud thy accomplishments.
