That's how I felt after hubby and I took our walk this afternoon....it was about 85 degrees, and we walked pretty fast...I actually worked up a sweat...ick! :)

OK, two things...

1. I thought for the longest time that the quote about that which doesn't kill us makes us stronger was from the Bible. I mean I thought that FOREVER! I even told people that...

That is the way that I felt this morning at Curves..Pooped, tired and just out of it but I made it around 3 times and did my 30 minutes...so I am done for the weeks. Keep it up friend..Itis worth it in the end...Just think you will be sexy or I mean even sexier!!!
