Crepe Myrtle

This is Crepe Myrtle. I love the colors and it always reminds me of Savannah. We are leaving bright and early tomorrow morning so my "Savannah Chronicles" will be coming to an end till next spring. We had a fabulous time as always but there is no place like home. Our little "Nest" in the country is looking better every day.

The Crepe Myrtle is very pretty. I don't think I've ever seen any before although I've heard the name. I hope it grows around here...I would like to have some in my yard.

I'm still catching up! Your trip sounds like it was a blast. Lunch - I love Paula Deen! She's one of my faves on the Food Channel. I bet the food was yummy!
